Our mission is to make the most delicious high-protein bars, that taste too good to be true and is made with love.

When ordering multiple boxes, your items will be carefully packed together as standard. If you require separate packaging, please let us know in the notes section at checkout.

Storage
Our handmade protein bars are crafted using only dry store ingredients, ensuring they remain fresh and stable throughout transit—even if delivery takes a few days.
They are perfectly safe at room temperature for up to one week. Once received, we recommend storing them in the fridge, where they will stay fresh for up to two weeks. For extended storage, the bars can be frozen for several months. When ready to enjoy, simply allow a few minutes to defrost.

Delivery
Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to ensure optimal freshness.
We use a next-day delivery service from the point of dispatch, and you will receive a tracking email from DHL once your order is on its way.
In the unlikely event of a courier delay, your bars will remain in excellent condition at room temperature for up to one week.

While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, please allow up to 7–10 days during busier periods. Most orders are delivered within 5 days of purchase.

Collection
For collection orders, you will receive a notification from Shopify as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

All bars contain peanut butter, oats, honey, almond milk and optimum nutrition vanilla or choc whey isolate protein powder.

Coated in different types of flavours such as milk choc, white choc, biscoff, nutella, dark choc.
