Storage

Keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or keep in freezer for months (bars only take a few minutes to defrost)

Delivery days
Bars are sent out Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
Subscription orders will be sent out every Tuesday.
It’s next day delivery from when we sent it, you will receive a tracking email from DHL.

Collections

We will message you once the bars are ready to collect.

All bars contain peanut butter, oats, honey, almond milk and optimum nutrition vanilla or choc whey isolate protein powder.

Coated in different types of flavours such as milk choc, white choc, biscoff, nutella, dark choc.
